    I have been living here for 2.5 years. Very much missing the old management. A few months ago we told the office about a leak in our bathroom and It took me going up to the office 3 times a month later for them to finally fix the sink that the claimed they fixed before. They barely plow or salt the way they used to. We can’t even throw our garbage away in the dumpster because they did such a terrible job plowing. One morning I had a note in my car from management saying I couldn’t park under the port that I actually pay for. Apparently my plate wasn’t in the system one day after months of paying for it. Weird. We pay entirely way too much money here. The community used to be so well kept, now it’s just going down hill. Can’t wait to move out.

    This is a top notch company. I worked for them many years ago. They still have the same class as always. Kerrie and Ronnie Sink are amazing people. They will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They are nothing like that fat ass nasty Paul Bohn from Limo World in hazel park. The fat ass slob was rude and advertises vehicles he don’t even own. What a pig.

    Little oaks is an amazing center that is filled with many great features such the art studio, playgrounds and movement matters room. This center takes pride in the curriculum it provides to the students and the quality care each child receives everyday.
